1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing the ADOQA website, you agree to these Terms of Service and applicable commercial regulations. If you represent an entity subscribing to the ADOQA software platform, your subscription agreement operates concurrently with these terms.
2. Website Use & Intellectual Property
All editorial text, design systems, illustrations, photographs, graphics, and trademarks—including the official ADOQA brand mark—are protected by intellectual property laws. Content on this site is provided for informational and commercial evaluation purposes.
3. Software Subscriptions & Pricing
Subscription prices posted on this website reflect standard approved pricing (Monthly ₹599, 6 Months ₹2,799, 1 Year ₹5,199, 2 Years ₹10,099, 3 Years ₹13,999). Subscription activations are subject to payment confirmation and issuance of a formal tax invoice.
ADOQA provides software access on an active subscription basis. Full export of merchant transactional and product data is guaranteed upon formal request prior to account closure.
4. Service Availability & Support
We strive for continuous 99.9% operational availability across hosted retail endpoints. Planned maintenance is scheduled outside peak retail trading hours with prior customer notification.
